fantastic location excellent staff wifi issues soft bed

the location is fantastic. major attractions are within walking distance. lots of restaurants are nearby too. the reception and breakfast staff were excellent!!!

the wifi had issues. also, the aircon was not working, but they fixed it on the last night. the bed was too soft. we had to remove the mattress topper and turn the mattress as it was old in places.

The room was clean. It was a pleasant welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. They could not do enough for me! They always asked if I needed anything.

The shower water was freezing. It was unpleasant

The location was excellent (very convenient for sightseeing). The staff offered to make hot drinks during breakfast. The room was modern.

The walls are rather thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard.

I found the location excellent. I did not need taxis since I could walk everywhere in the city. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. They even booked taxis for me. I greatly appreciated this service.

the hotel has excellent location for main attractions. the staff were helpful. i would definitely stay there again. the location is near all sites.

i found some areas were very cramped with reception, kitchen, and dining, all packed into one small space.
